Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment, but we hope to offer international shipping soon once tariff policies allow. Stay tuned!
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within the U.S.
Q: What is economy shipping?
A: To help keep shipping affordable, we offer economy shipping for lightweight items under 3 oz.
🌿 A gentle reminder: Economy shipping does not include tracking, and there’s a small risk your package may be lost in transit. We’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or damaged economy shipments — once your order is marked as fulfilled, it’s out of our hands — thank you for understanding!

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns on the following items:
-stickers
-bookmarks
-prints
-custom made art
All of our current items are handmade or made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns at this time.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package. While we’re unable to replace or refund economy-shipped orders, we’ll always do our best to find a thoughtful solution and make things right.

Q: Are all items handmade?
A: They sure are! Each design begins with original art I create myself, then I print and cut everything with care in my little studio. I use tools to help with the details, but every piece is lovingly prepared by hand — so you’ll always receive something truly special and uniquely made.
Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?
A: Almost! Each piece is made with love and care, so while it will be very similar to what you see in the photos, tiny variations may occur — that’s the charm of handmade work! It means your item is one-of-a-kind, just like you.
